4. Who We Share Data With
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and email (for example our hosting provider and the email and database services we use to receive form submissions), and with regulators, the Industry Traceback Group or law enforcement when the law or our compliance obligations require it. Providers act on our instructions. We do not sell or rent personal information.
This website does not embed third-party maps, videos, social feeds or advertising scripts. Fonts are hosted on our own server.
5. International Transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data there or in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal data from the EEA, UK or India.
6. How Long We Keep Data
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for up to 24 months afterwards. Onboarding and compliance records are kept for the period required by law and by our regulatory obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

We use HTTPS, access controls, input validation, anti-spam and rate-limiting measures, and keep secret credentials on the server rather than in public code. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the contact form.

This website is intended for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
